The Enmore Theatre is located in the Newtown Entertainment Precinct, Sydney’s unique heartland of live performance, music cinemas, restaurant, bars, cafes and hotels. Historic King St and Enmore Rd play host to this vibrant nightlife.

The venue comprises three sections. The Stalls, The Lounge and The Dress Circle. The Stalls can either be reserved seating or seats can be removed to create a general admission dance floor. Both the Lounge and the Dress Circle are reserved seats.

Restaurants and Bars
The Box Office Café (located within the Theatre complex) is a great place to meet before the show for a coffee. Its booth seating and Art Deco feel set the mood for any occasion. The café is open 7 days a week.

Public Transport
Train – the theatre is a 3 minute walk from Newtown train station on King Street. Newtown station is 3 stops from Central, where Newtown trains depart from Platform 19.

Bus – routes 423, 426 and 428 via Circular Quay and Central Station stop directly in front of the Theatre. Routes 422, 352 and 355 (from Bondi Junction) and 370 from (Coogee to Leichhardt) both stop at Newtown Railway Station on King St. The station is a 3 minute walk down Enmore Rd.

Bookings
The Enmore Theatre Box Office operates it’s own phone room, allowing patrons to book tickets directly through the Theatre. Phone bookings can be made through the Box Office on 9550 3666. The Enmore Theatre Box Office also functions as a Ticketek Agency. Tickets for all events at the Enmore Theatre and at other venue can be purchased in person at our Box Office. A per ticket booking fee applies to all tickets purchased, excluding Enmore Theatre events. As a condition of sale there are No Exchange, Refunds or Cancellations once the booking is complete, unless otherwise specified in the Entertainment Industry Code of Practice. Our Box Office and Phone room accept all major credit cards except eftpos.
